Buffy The Vampire Slayer S01-S07 Complete DVDRiP XviD

buffy
"Into every generation, there is a chosen one. She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons, and the forces of darkness. She is the slayer."
When a young vampire slayer by the name of Buffy Summers, moves to Sunnydale, California, she quickly finds out that Sunnydale is located right on top of the Hellmouth - the center for all evil activity. Her new watcher, Rupert Giles, also happens to be the school librarian. It is his job to train her and guide her in all the skills she needs to be a Slayer. She and a group of close friends, commonly referred to as "The Scooby Gang", help her in her battle against evil.
When Buffy the Vampire Slayer premiered on the fledgling WB network in the Spring of 1997, it generated a lot of buzz. It was a critical darling and slowly began to generate a small, but loyal fanbase. This shocked everyone, seeing as how the original 1992 feature film of the same name, was butchered by critics and bombed at the box-office. This series, however, was fresh, smart and edgy and quickly became a sci-fi favorite and one of The WB's highest rated series. Buffy the Vampire Slayer enjoyed a successful 5 season, 100 episode run, on The WB Network.
In the year 2001, after the 5th season had come to an end, controversy arose as 20th Century Fox raised the production costs for the series, and The WB refused to pay, despite Buffy still being one of their highest rated series. Fellow network, UPN, took advantage of the situation and met 20th Century's Fox's demands, signing a two year deal with the company. UPN heavily promoted their newly acquired series, wanting to make sure that nobody was left unaware that Buffy had a new home. This all payed off when Buffy premiered on UPN that October and quickly became a ratings gem for UPN, for the two years it lasted on the network.
